Swiss shop: no consumer right of withdrawal

This withdrawal notice applies to the German shop at ustomed.de. In the Swiss shop your purchase contract is concluded with dabamed AG, Industriepark 9, 8610 Uster, Switzerland.

Under section 2 of dabamed AG's Nutzungsbedingungen, contracts are concluded exclusively with customers buying for purposes connected with their commercial or professional activity — not with consumers. A statutory consumer right of withdrawal as provided by German law therefore does not arise here.

Returns and defects

Section 9 (Gewährleistung) of the Nutzungsbedingungen applies: obvious material or manufacturing defects must be reported within two weeks of receipt. How a return works in practice is described under Returns.
