As host of the successful “Queens & Sons of Dentistry” podcast and moderator of numerous dental events, he makes the dental world resonate – with attitude, humor and a true rock’n’roll spirit.

Oliver Keuffel

Role: Vision Engineer

Oliver is the technical heart and creative mind of Ustomed – a true visionary with foresight.

He sees where the company will be in ten years and is already laying the foundation for it today.

With deep expertise in technology, production and finance, he keeps the foundation stable while sparking new ideas at the same time.

Creative, precise and full of passion, Oliver embodies Ustomed’s spirit of innovation.

Marten Töwe

Function: Head of Exports & Start‑Up Advisor (North)

Whether it’s LHR, HKG, or MIA, Marten knows all the airport codes by heart. Breakfast in Paris, lunch ramen Tokyo‐style, and dinner a Wagyu beef burger in Manhattan.

Privately, the former professional football player cooks dishes from around the world. With his incredible know‑how, he brings Ustomed instruments to the international stage.

As a true Hamburg native, he also supports start‑ups in the northern region.

Merve Bogac-Durmus

Function: Our All‑Round Manager at HQ

Merve is a true multi‑talent. She manages almost everything at the Ustomed headquarters in Tuttlingen: processing orders, arranging repairs, answering all kinds of questions, and ensuring your instruments arrive on time for practice openings or the first sinus lift.

She loves chocolate 🍫, and is our shopping and styling queen. If you have questions about your IDS orders or don’t know what to wear today – Merve is your go‑to person!

Anna Börsig

Function: Our Disney Princess in Sales

Anna ensures that everything in sales runs like a fairytale – from the first quote to final delivery. She processes your orders lightning‑fast, answers follow‑up questions with a smile, and keeps track even of more complex requests.

She has an incredible sense for what practices need, always thinks two steps ahead, and brings order to chaos – no magic wand required, but plenty of heart.

Her heart beats for Disney, and it shows. Whether Belle, Elsa, or Rapunzel – Anna brings a bit of magic into the office. If you need help and don’t mind a sprinkle of fairy dust – Anna’s got you covered!

Amina Hannani

Function: Secret Weapon in Field Service

Amina Hannani supports start‑ups in the Ruhr region. As a double agent, she knows Ustomed instruments inside and out and also handles Implantis OR materials.

When Amina steps into your practice, all the lights turn on – she’s known as our dental sunshine and brings so much energy that the air shimmers for hours after her visit.

Privately, she loves sports, continues her education, and lives by the motto: Wherever I am, there’s a party!

Alexander DeSousa

Function: Master of All Trades & Repair Visionary

Head of purchasing, repair expert, and creative genius: Alexander channels his artistic side into product developments and paints stunning “Sons of Dentistry” sculptures.

As a loving father, he is always there when you need him. With a solution‑oriented mindset, even the trickiest questions fade after contacting @alexdesousa79.

As a quality management expert, Alex ensures your beloved instruments comply with all regulations and guarantees seamless operations.

Natalie Kusche

Whether it’s a professional congress, workshop, or Ustomed event – Natalie has everything under control. As a former dental assistant, she knows exactly what matters in practice and brings that knowledge directly into her sales and event management work.

She juggles appointments, venues, participant lists, and materials with impressive ease – always in a good mood. She also handles inquiries, prepares quotes, and ensures everything runs smoothly.

Privately, she loves good food, thrilling books, walks in nature, and small or big trips discovering new places and exploring the world.

Britta Waldrich‑Rozza

Birgit Bader

Role: Responsible for Export Back Office

Birgit Bader is in charge of our Export Back Office. With great organizational skills, she ensures that orders are processed smoothly, reliably supports the Export Manager, and always has the right answer to any customs question. Thanks to her language skills in English and French, she is also well prepared for international communication.

And when she’s not assisting our customers abroad, Birgit shows her endurance through running and cycling – out in nature she finds balance, energy, and new strength.
